At Havarah, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to shop with confidence, knowing you can return or exchange your order if it doesn’t meet your expectations. Please review the guidelines below.

Return Window

You have up to 30 days from the delivery date to return your order. Returns are only valid if the product is unused, in its original condition, with all tags and packaging included.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns in the following cases:

  • Unwanted items (wrong size, change of mind)

  • Exchanges (different colour or size)

  • Faulty or incorrectly delivered products

Items showing wear, use, damage, or missing packaging will not be accepted.

How to Return Your Order

To make the return process simple, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at support@havarah-westfield-london.com before sending anything back.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.

  3. We’ll reply with the return address and instructions.

  4. Carefully repack the item in its original packaging.

  5. Send it back using your preferred shipping service.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Processing usually takes 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs.

  • No restocking fees apply.

  • We recommend using tracked shipping for safe delivery.

Refunds & Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days once your return is received and checked.

  • Funds will be credited to your original payment method in GBP.

  • You may also choose store credit or an exchange instead.

  • A confirmation email will be sent once your refund is complete.

Exchanges

We’re happy to arrange an exchange for another size or colour, depending on stock availability.

To request an exchange, email us at support@havarah-westfield-london.com. Requests must also be made within the 30-day return period.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Items returned after the 30-day period

  • Items that have been used, worn, or damaged
